Pullman Quay Grand offers three modern and flexible meetings and conference spaces on its second floor, easily catering to any style of event with its signature 5-star service and expertise. Standard audio-visual tech is available and a dedicated events manager is on-hand every step of the way to ensure your event is a success.

Showcasing sprawling harbourside views, the Harbour Boardroom gets plenty of natural daylight and is a great option for smaller meetings and events. It features a boardroom table which comfortably seats up to 15 guests, or it can host private dining events for up to 15 banquet style. This space can also be extended into the Gallery for dining for up to 25 guests.

Lachlan Macquarie Room.

 

Elegant and modern, the Lachlan Macquarie Room is the largest space, accommodating up to 100 seated or 140 cocktail. It has the latest audio-visual capabilities and can be divided into two separate meetings rooms for up to 50 delegates each.

Located in front of the Harbour Boardroom and Lachlan Macquarie Room is The Gallery, which is an ideal space for pre-conference registration, morning and afternoon breaks, a working lunch, and post-conference networking drinks.

With its soaring high ceilings and glass walls looking out over Circular Quay, it’s not hard to see why the bright and beautiful Q Dining restaurant is a favourite for small and big team lunches and corporate functions. Head chef Steven Hartert sources top notch produce from local suppliers to create a contemporary Australian menu that features fresh seafood and seasonal ingredients with plenty of dishes perfect for sharing. Choose from a-la-carte, four-course tasting menu, or share menu which is ideal for groups of four or more. Gorgeous both day and night, the restaurant can be hired exclusively for both cocktail (85 pax) and seated (70 pax) private events.

Celebrate in a harbourside oasis

Whether it’s rewarding your team’s stellar performance or marking a successful day of conferencing, HYDE Hacienda Bar + Lounge is the perfect spot for celebrating small and big wins. Located on level 3, this stunning lounge-style cocktail bar features a playful and relaxed vibe with pastel-coloured furnishings and foliage hanging down from the ceiling, making it great for those photo ops. If you’re feeling peckish, the South American-inspired menu is sure to hit the spot, with a great range of vibrant dishes for the group to snack on such as tuna tacos, pulled BBQ beef sliders, pork skewers and freshly shucked oysters. The cocktail list offers a great range of tropical-inspired concoctions – the selection isn’t overwhelming like it can be at some places and the expert mixologists can whip up anything you want off the menu as well. If you’re looking to host a larger event here, HYDE can cater for up to 200 cocktail and is an excellent choice for hosting corporate functions and product launches.

With one of the best views of the world famous New Year’s Eve fireworks in Sydney, HYDE is also well known for its epic NYE party. It’s a VIP affair all night long with free-flowing premium beverages complete with Moët & Chandon champagne tower, roaming canapes, a dessert station and internationally renowned DJs bringing the beats into the new year.
