Located on the level six Leisure Deck of the property’s new 53-storey hotel and apartment tower in Broadbeach, the island-inspired venue offers several different event spaces for all types of functions and events.
Isoletto Privé is a dedicated event space complete with a sprawling lawn, deck and terrace, available for corporate functions, private celebrations and weddings.
The bright and airy space can be transformed to suit the requirements of the event, with the indoor venue accommodating up to 150 guests seated at banquet tables or 168 at long tables, while cocktail service is available for up to 250 guests.
The sky-high terrace offers an outdoor option that can host 90 guests seated or 150 standing. The deck accommodates 80 seated or 125 standing, while the lawn can cater to 200 seated or up to 400 standing. Larger events can secure exclusive use of the Leisure Deck including Isoletto Pool Club, for up to 1,200 guests.
The Star’s events team is also on hand to provide a sophisticated menu of local dishes, premium beverage packages, expert planning support and access to high-end AV.
The Star Gold Coast chief operating officer, Jessica Mellor said this latest dining and events offering further showcases The Star’s dedication to delivering a leading leisure and entertainment destination.
“We are incredibly excited to unveil a suite of poolside spaces that open the doors to a whole new world of possibilities here at The Star,” Mellor said.
“The launch of the Isoletto Pool Club and Isoletto Privé event spaces is the perfect example of our commitment to helping the Gold Coast remain one of Australia’s leading tourism and entertainment destinations for leisure and corporate travellers alike.”
Conference and event attendees will have access to the resort’s wide range of dining and entertainment venues, with convenient on-property accommodation available at The Star Grand, The Darling, Dorsett Gold Coast and The Star Residence’s brand new one- and two-bedroom apartments from June 2022.
