Event Hospitality has signed an agreement with High Street Holdings to manage Rydges Perth King Square and Rydges North Sydney.
The Rydges brand will return to Perth, taking over the Peppers King Square property in the CBD. The 120-room hotel features a gym, restaurant, bar and conference facilities, and will be rebranded as Rydges.
Rydges North Sydney will be rebranded as The Miller Hotel as part of the Independent Collection by EVENT. The hotel will undergo a full refurbishment of rooms, conference facilities, bar, restaurant and public areas.
