Event Travel Management (ETM) has been named Most Outstanding Business Events Travel Agency at the 2023 National Travel Industry Awards.

The awards, held in Melbourne this month, also saw ETM’s parent company Corporate Travel Management (CTM) awarded Most Outstanding Global Travel Management Company.

ETM Global Strategic Lead and Australian GM, Tracey Edwards, said the recognition is an honour.

“We are incredibly proud of the work our team does to ensure our clients’ events are successful and we value the partnerships we have across our supply chain,” Ms Edwards said.

“Celebrating with our fellow finalists and the greater travel industry on the night was amazing.”

The CTM Group reached the finalist stage across seven categories with the judging panel assessing business performance in line with the changing landscape of the travel industry.

CTM’s Lee Haigh was named as a finalist for the Most Outstanding Travel Consultant – Corporate and CTM’s online loyalty travel booking platform, flybuys travel, was named a finalist in the Most Outstanding Online Travel Agency category.
