The Australian Hotels Association 2024 Accommodation Awards for Excellence were held last week with the Ritz-Carlton Perth taking out five awards.

It won the Deluxe Accommodation and Best Metro Accommodation categories, with staff taking out the other three awards.

Food and Beverage Voyager (Management Trainee) Jamie Grove was awarded Rising Star, Outlet Venue Manager was awarded to Marco Barsotti, and Emerging Female Leader went to Front of House Manager Murphy Loh.

Ritz-Carlton Perth general manager Dario Orsini says it is an honour and congratulates the hotel’s dedicated staff members.

“We are so proud to have won these awards and to be recognised by The Australian Hotels Association in these categories,” he says.

“Since we opened our doors in 2019 our exceptional ladies and gentlemen have embodied excellence in their standard of service; an achievement they can stand proud of in an industry where commitment to guest satisfaction is paramount.”

The winners of the awards are eligible for the Australian Hotels Association National Awards for Excellence to be held in Brisbane in November 2024.
