Panache Hotel Group has unveiled the refurbished Peppers Docklands Melbourne, which the company took management of in 2024.
The refurbishment spans guest rooms and common areas such as the lobby and corridors with new carpet, fresh paintwork, upgraded lighting and refurbished doors.
The lobby features curved joinery, Italian natural marble and gold leaf walls with warm ambient lighting, bronze accents and tactile finishes.
“This transformation reflects our long-term commitment to enhancing the guest experience and the asset’s performance,” says Wilson Bao, chief executive officer, Panache Hotel Group.
“Since taking over in 2024, we’ve taken a thoughtful and data-led approach – listening to our guests, understanding the property’s potential, and making targeted investments that deliver impact.
“The result is a fresh, future-ready Peppers Docklands that delivers on its premium brand promise while staying uniquely Melbourne.”
With this stage of the refurbishment complete, the next chapter will see the repositioning and rebranding of the hotel’s restaurant.
“We’re pleased to see our partners at Panache Hotel Group demonstrate their commitment to the Peppers brand through the transformation of Peppers Docklands,” says Adrian Williams, chief operating officer, Accor Pacific.
“This thoughtful renovation not only elevates the overall guest experience but supports the ongoing growth of Melbourne’s visitor economy.
“It also reinforces the strength of Peppers – a brand synonymous with delivering refined comfort, personal service and memorable stays in exceptional destinations across Australia, New Zealand and beyond.”
