Western Australia has welcomed Quay Perth to its hotel portfolio, with doors officially opening on 10 June 2019.
The 80-room boutique hotel sits on the site of the former New Esplanade hotel and is the newest addition to the Elizabeth Quay development.
A multi-million-dollar project saw the hotel completely transformed, including the redevelopment of all guest rooms and public areas, the addition of an all-day sidewalk eatery, rooftop bar and kitchen and co-working spaces with views of Elizabeth Quay and the Swan River.

“We believe Quay Perth will play an important role in the lifestyle of this exciting city,” said Adam Simkins, managing director of Louis T Collection, Quay Perth’s hotel management and building solutions company.
“Our intent was to create a hotel with an independent, boutique character that would capture the essence of the city in a new space designed for co-living, co-working and co-playing.”
Each guest room is designed to exude a modern, homely feel with natural timber features, large windows and earthy tones.
Upper Quay-facing rooms feature bay outlooks with relaxing window seats to enjoy the waterfront view.

Guests can opt to dine at HQ Bar & Kitchen, located on the rooftop with a modern Chinese-inspired menu, or Community at Quay, offering an all-day eatery and café for hotel guests and locals alike.
Located on level nine, Quay Perth’s full-service, 24/7 co-working space features two meeting rooms, 10 individual offices, eight window desks and a long communal workstation.
