New six million dollar venue set to open in Western Sydney

Made By The Hill is set to become a local oasis where guests can enjoy gourmet eats, delicious drinks and great company in a friendly and relaxed environment.

Made By The Hill, a new venue situated in Western Sydney, is set to open with an official launch party over two  nights on July 28 and 29.

Boasting the chic and modern offering that Western Sydney has been waiting for, Made By The Hill is set to become a local oasis where guests can enjoy gourmet eats, delicious drinks and great company in a friendly and relaxed environment.

The new multi-million dollar social space was created by award winning design firm TomMarkHenry, the same young guns behind some of Sydney’s most popular bars and foodie hubs, including The Darlo Country Club, 1888 Certified and Bondi’s Best to name a few.

With a Scandi inspired aesthetic, the fresh new fit features a palette of dusty pinks, pine yellows and pops of green throughout. The spacious venue has an open floor plan with long tables for big groups and intimate booths for smaller catch-ups.

“After more than 12 months of planning we are thrilled to open this huge new venue that is unlike anything else in Western Sydney,” said Made By The Hill General Manager, Simon Greally.

“Made By The Hill will bring everything you love about the City – the boutique bars and lounges, mouth-watering food and trendy cocktails straight to the heart of the west.”

The venue will offer a modern menu bursting with fresh local ingredients and big flavours, including gourmet cheese and charcuterie boards, salads and pizzas, all designed for the individual or to be shared with friends.

From the bar, a mixologist will be serving up some of the coolest cocktails guests can imagine, along with a selection of craft beers, ciders and a range of local and international award winning wines.

Habberfield and Bondi institution Pasticceria Papa will also be joining Made By The Hill serving their famous baked ricotta cheesecake, cannoli, pistachio biscuits and more in the cafe.

To top it off, Sydney’s cult favourite burger joint, Chur Burger, is set to open at Made By The Hill on the same weekend, offering its delicious gourmet burgers, fries and mouthwatering milkshakes for all to enjoy.

To celebrate the opening of Made By The Hill in true Western Sydney fashion, the team are throwing not just one launch party but two, culminating with an impressive lineup of DJS, entertainment, mouthwatering food and amazing cocktails flowing long into the night.
