Bondi38 offers a ‘home away from home’ for corporate travellers and their families in Sydney’s eastern suburbs.

Offering both one and two bedroom apartments with beach views, as well as penthouse units with balconies, the rooms all have sofa beds, a lounge and dining room, a fully-equipped kitchen, bathroom and laundry facilities.

The apartments also have key-less entry, free WiFi and Foxtel in the master bedroom and lounge room, as well as original artworks by award-winning artist Ian Swift.

Set within the 1930’s Classical Revival Style Building ‘Cairo Mansion’ at 38 Campbell Parade, the building has shops and eateries including Bikini Island, Bondi Social and Soy Café downstairs from the apartments.

The area has public transport, with the 380 bus stop out the front, as well as street parking nearby.

Co-owner Phillip Wolanski said, “Having watched Bondi transform over the many years that Steve Bauer and I have been in ownership of this remarkable building, we are excited in response to Bondi’s own transition to be able to offer a luxury short-to-medium stay product to the market. There is currently no other offering that provides this unique blend of luxury, convenience, amenity and world class front row views of the iconic Bondi Beach.”
