Solotel Group has transformed the former Carousel Inn in Rooty Hill and relaunched it as The Woodstock, a versatile hospitality destination for business and social gatherings.
Addressing growing demand for flexible, modern function venues in western Sydney, The Woodstock’s new events centre can accommodate up to 250 guests and features a private bar, dedicated bathrooms and a spacious courtyard.
Equipped with multiple large screens and modern AV, the space is built to host business functions, conferences, product launches, end-of-year celebrations, gala dinners, networking nights and staff training sessions.
The Woodstock’s bistro and terrace also offer group dining packages, while the lounge provides an intimate setting for meetings and private dinners.
Led by executive chef Steve Koenig, the venue offers Mediterranean-inspired menus throughout.
