Here’s what you need to know about Sydney’s hottest creative hub.
While some of the businesses on the site have been there for years, Precinct 75 only officially launched last Thursday night.
The former Taubman’s paint factory has been converted into a rabbit warren of creative businesses including screen printers, staging equipment, glass hire and bartender services, photographers, hairdressers, artists, interior stylists and homewares, coffee roasters, florists, a bakery, winery and brewery … the list goes on.
With parking out the back and vehicle access throughout, Precinct 75 is an event planner’s dream. The event spaces include:
- The Urban Winery, Sydney’s first city winery, complete with private dining room
- UsFin Atelier, a hair salon that comes complete with a catwalk that is used regularly for Kevin Murphy product training
- Willie the Boatman Brewery
- Maniax axe throwing
Garlands florists have moved on site, Sibella Court’s The Society Inc shop is there and Buttercream Bakery is busily painting cakes for all your sugar cravings.
Precinct 75 is located at 75 Mary St, St Peters NSW.
