Navarra acquires luxury estate in regional NSW

Sydney-based Navarra Venues has spread its reach to a sixth venue in the company’s portfolio with the acquisition of Attunga Grove in the NSW Southern Highlands.

The Villa Navarra venue on the Attunga Grove property will open in early 2024, offering a luxurious, tranquil and sophisticated country events destination.

The Attunga Grove site spans 47 hectares and features a four-bedroom Tuscan style homestead, cleared and native bushland, expansive gardens, a lake, golf course and olive grove, which produces a label of extra virgin olive oil from 1100 olive trees.

“The beauty of Attunga Grove will create unforgettable experiences for our clients and guests,” says Sal Navarra, CEO of Navarra Enterprises.

“We are proud to expand our portfolio with this unique and impressive venue.

“The Southern Highlands is such a beautiful part of NSW.”

The acquisition of Attunga Grove was completed in just three weeks after the property was listed for sale.

“We couldn’t have reached this milestone without the dedication and hard work of our exceptional team and loyal clients,” says Marie Florio, director of Navarra Enterprises.

“We look forward to celebrating this achievement together.”
