Marriott Executive Apartments Port Moresby has opened on the waterfront in the heart of the Papua New Guinean capital.
Situated in the Harbourside South precinct, the property features 88 residential apartments with one or two bedrooms.
Marriott ANZ Pacific VP Sean Hunt says this is the company’s inaugural development in Papua New Guinea.
“This is also a debut for the Marriott Executive Apartments brand in the region, allowing us to diversify our offering to cater to ambitious and adventurous travellers who seek a premium, trusted extended-stay experience,” he says.
Each apartment category features separate sleeping, living, dining and working spaces and a fully equipped kitchen with complimentary wi-fi and an in-room laundry.
The property also offers an Executive Lounge, a 25-metre outdoor lap pool, leisure pool, gym and spa treatment rooms.
Marriott Executive Apartments Port Moresby will also participate in Marriott Bonvoy, allowing members to earn points for their stay at the new hotel.
