Hyatt Regency Perth has announced a refurbishment programme that will commence on Monday (March 15) with each of the hotels 367 guestrooms planned for upgrades.

New guestroom features will include flat-screen LCD televisions and new doors with proximity lock, a contactless, guest-friendly electronic locking system that eliminates the need to insert a key card to gain access to the guestroom.

Each of the 367 guestrooms at the Hyatt Regency Perth will undergo a refurbishment starting next week.

The Regency Club levels at Hyatt Regency Perth will experience a complete interior redesign and full new fit out of guestrooms and bathrooms including an extra spacious walk-in shower and unique decorative glass vanity basin. The guestrooms on the remaining floors of the hotel will undergo a soft refurbishment including upgraded furniture, new carpet, fabrics, lighting and new frameless glass shower screens in the bathrooms.

Key energy-saving initiatives, including energy-efficient lighting and water-saving devices, will also be installed to extend the hotels commitment to sustainability and complement green initiatives that are already in place.
