Fresh Catering re-brand Hyde Park Barracks café

The cafe at the Hyde Park Barracks has re-opened as Bakehouse Kitchen Bar and Store.

Christmas Artisan Food and Gift Market program was held at the Hyde Park Barracks Museums on Wednesday 18 July 2013. The market was host to over 50 stalls from the finest of Sydney’s artisan food makers who pride themselves on using local, seasonal and sustainable produce. The market was curated by Kate Walsh, founder of Real Food Projects. On the night there was food trucks, live music, wrapping stations and the museum was open free of charge. It was part of the SLM food program which included a collection of events and exhibitions spanning from November 2013 through to March 2014.
