The hotel, which took two years to build and is the first new-build property to go up in Brisbane’s city centre in the last decade, is set to open its doors on time. 
 
Owned by Felicity Hotel Pty Ltd, Starwood secured the long-term management contract under its Four Points by Sheraton brand. The 32-storey, 246 room contemporary city tower designed by Brisbane-based Noel Robinson Architects and is located at 99-103 Mary Street.

Having already secured two large groups over the APSL congress and also during G20, the hotel’s occupancy is off to a strong start.
