Perth welcomes an Iberian-themed pop-up from Chef Michelle Forbes and her team.
This summer, Chef Michelle Forbes and the rest of The Beaufort Street Merchant and Trustee Bar & Bistro team will be getting their Spanish on Enrique’s School for to Bullfighting at 484 Beaufort Street, Highgate.
Menu highlights include jamon tuille, organic reggiano parmesan ice cream; white fish, blood orange salt, blood orange ice, avocado cream, dehydrated orange and apple slaw and nor west prawns, confit chilli sofrito, peach squid ink.
For 20 weeks, Enrique’s will be pumping out fun and flavoursome Iberian fare, cocktails, vino and fairy floss, of course.
