Birkenhead Point

Mirvac has today confirmed that Birkenhead Point will receive an upgrade.

Work will commence in early 2017 with a completion date in mid-2017.

Works will include a complete reconfiguration and remix of the western end of Level 2 known as the Flinders Gallery Mall to create a premium fashion outlet precinct, new cafés and a full upgrade to all lift lobbies and two elevators which will connect the Centre’s Ground Level to the roof top car park. Other minor development works include a small reconfiguration and remix of the western end of Level 1 to further enhance the retail offer.

This development follows recent improvements made by the centre since Mirvac acquired the site, including an extensive upgrade of Birkenhead Point Marina and the introduction of premium global brands such as Armani, Puma, Topshop, Aquila and Lindt.

The centre currently houses over 120 outlet stores including Calvin Klein and Polo Ralph Lauren along with Coles, Aldi, a medical centre, fresh food retailers, plus the Birkenhead Point Marina containing over 200 berths.
