Ayana Resort and Spa Bali has launched an extension of its successful Rock Bar to meet the demand of resort guests and visitors wanting to experience not just the million-dollar views, but world-class entertainment.

The extension includes new ocean-front viewing platforms adding another 75 seats to the venue, alongside a second service bar and expanded kitchen and bathroom facilities.

The resort is also upgrading the inclinator, to enable increased capacity for the short trip down the cliff-face to the bar and nearby Kisik seafood restaurant.

According to the resort, the extension reflects the same minimalist design as the original bar, created by Japan’s Yasuhiro Koichi to emphasize the natural beauty and layout of the rocky outcrop on Ayana’s Kisik Beach.

All seats and day-beds provide uninterrupted views of the ocean and coastline, while a new DJ booth provides an elevated position for performances from international and local artists.
