Ayers Rock Resort has appointed well-known Australian musician and performer Adam Thompson to the role of entertainment consultant.


Ayers Rock Resort has appointed well-known Australian musician and performer Adam Thompson to the role of entertainment consultant.

Best known as lead singer of ARIA Award-winning band Chocolate Starfish, Adam Thompson has a long history of working with Indigenous communities and youth organisations around Australia and the Asia Pacific region.

His team building focussed company MusoMagic runs literacy-focused programs that connect youth with experienced industry professionals to write, produce and record radio-ready songs as well as working with corporate groups for team experiences.


Ayers Rock Resort has appointed Adam Thompson as entertainment consultant.

“One of our most important objectives at the Resort is to provide authentic Indigenous interactive experiences throughout the year for both Australian and international guests,” said Voyages’ managing director, Koos Klein. 

“In addition to the activities already in place, Adam is developing a whole range of cultural performances that highlight various aspects of Indigenous culture, both local and from across Australia. The program starts with a number of special performances over this Christmas and New Year’s period.”

Recently purchased by the Indigenous Land Corporation, Ayers Rock Resort is situated on the edge of the world heritage listed Uluru Kata Tjuta National Park and is managed by
