The Sofitel-branded hotel will feature a rooftop bar and significant conferencing spaces.

Accor has revealed details about its new luxury hotel, Hotel Chadstone Melbourne, MGallery by Sofitel, which is set to open in November 2019.

Reservations are now open for the $130 million hotel that will be located adjacent to Chadstone shopping centre, in Melbourne’s south east.

Owned by Vicinity Centres, the 12-storey hotel will feature 250 rooms, a rooftop conservatory bar, swimming pool and wellness centre.

Hotel Chadstone Melbourne will also include seven event spaces with capacity to host up to 440 delegates.

“We’re very proud of what we’re creating as Chadstone transforms into an integrated destination incorporating retail, dining, entertainment, tourism and business – a hub for Melbourne’s south east,” she said.

“Hotel Chadstone Melbourne will be a world-class destination for luxury accommodation, business and conferences, exceptional dining and indulgent wellness experiences, catering to the current 24 million people, including 450,000 international guests, who visit Chadstone each year, with this number continuing to grow.”
