Perth to host 2025 tourism conference

The Virtuoso Forum Australia and New Zealand will head west in February next year.

Following a successful bid to attract the annual conference to Western Australia, the 2025 Virtuoso Forum Australia and New Zealand will be hosted by Perth.

Running from February 25-26 next year, Virtuoso Forum will welcome travel agency owners, managers, and partners to The Ritz-Carlton for the two-day event.

Tourism WA Managing Director, Carolyn Turnbull, said the State is looking forward to showcasing diverse and dreamlike tourism experiences.

“Tourism WA’s overarching vision is for WA to be recognised as a world-class destination that unites culture, community and environment,” Ms Turnbull said.

“An important part of achieving this vision is bringing high yielding travellers – and the world-leading travel advisors and agents who work with them – to our beautiful state to discover our unique luxury experiences and explore our incredible regional tourism destinations.

“Visitors to the Dream State for the Virtuoso Forum will depart feeling inspired to share their immersive and unforgettable experiences with their high value clients.

“I have no doubt they will enthusiastically recommend Western Australia as a must-see holiday destination for those seeking luxurious and otherworldly escapes.”

Forum attendees will participate in a series of familiarisation tours before and after the event to highlight premium accommodation, culinary options and Perth attractions.

Virtuoso Australian GM, Greg Treasure, said the event promises to be a transformative gathering fostering learning, sharing and empowerment.

“We’re thrilled to collaborate with Tourism WA to bring our Forum event to Perth in 2025, showcasing the city’s captivating beauty and its picturesque surroundings,” he said.

Virtuoso is a global network of agencies specialising in luxury and experiential travel with more than 20,000 advisors.
