Amora unveils new conference and event spaces

A $30 million refurbishment to Amora Brisbane has transformed its conference, meeting and event spaces.

Amora Brisbane has revealed its transformed conference and events space which is part of the hotel’s $30 million refurbishment.

The spaces will be officially unveiled next month and draw on creating a vacation-like tranquillity that echoes the brand’s Thai heritage.

Located in the city’s CBD, the hotel features a 1148sqm conference and events floor containing 11 flexible rooms offering traditional boardroom, cabaret and theatre set-ups or custom styling to cater for meetings and functions with 250 people.

The Pool Terrace can host outdoor cocktail parties for up to 150 people or alfresco dining for up to 120 guests.

Amora Brisbane GM, Tom Bloomfield, said events will be available from 2024 onwards.

“Each and every detail has been designed and curated with purpose,” he said.

“We hope this will become a beacon for events in Brisbane where people and businesses alike can come together to experience Amora luxury service, be it to network, celebrate or simply relax.”

Event organisers will be able to choose from a selection of inclusive packages featuring personalised digital signage, complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi, stationery and premium food and beverages.

All event spaces feature AV equipment by Microhire and the hotel offers 296 guest rooms over 14 floors.
