Tramsheds Harold Park in Sydney’s Inner West will officially open on 22 September.

The developers have also announced that Osaka Trading Co. will be one of the food retailers within the new precinct.

From owner-operators of Surry Hills laneway bar, Tokyo Bird, Osaka Trading Co. will be a modern Japanese restaurant.

Osaka Trading Co. and Tokyo Bird co-owner and general manager, Jason Ang said, “Osaka is considered the food capital of Japan. So while Tokyo Bird is our laneway small bar, Osaka Trading Co. is a modern Japanese restaurant with seafood taking centre stage – with great drinks alongside, of course. Osaka Trading Co. will incorporate some features of Tokyo Bird, but this is an entirely new concept with lunch options and a full-service dinner menu, seven days a week.”

Osaka Trading Co. will trade alongside restaurant, bar and butchery Butcher and The Farmer, sustainable seafood restaurant Fish and Co, tapas restaurant Bodega 1904, gelato kings Gelato Messina, Egyptian-fusion restaurant Bekya, Southern-inspired diner Belles Hot Chicken and premier coffee venue Garçon when Tramsheds opens on Thursday 22 September.
