The National Wine Centre’s (NWC) Wined Bar has undergone a major facelift.

Stage one saw the installation of 14 Enomatic preservation and dispensing machines last year.

Stage two offers the largest wine tasting experience in Australia.

NWC general manager Adrian Emeny said, “After 18 months of operation, Wined Bar has proved to be a very popular offering. On review and comment from visitors, we’ve decided to further invest in the consumer experience with an improved offering that will provide greater accessibility, atmosphere and emphasis on food.”

The new space has been designed by South Australian interior design company Design Think.

The space will have rustic, natural finishes and about 2500 wine bottles suspended from the ceiling.

The new look Wined Bar, which houses 120 wines for visitors to sample including Penfold’s famous Grange, is open now.

The National Wine Centre is located on the corner of Botanic and Hackney Rd, Adelaide, SA.
