A new event space, Macquarie Wharf No.2 Cruise Terminal, is opening in March in a premium position in the heart of Hobart’s waterfront.

Set to open next month; Hobart’s Macquarie Wharf No.2 Cruise Terminal.

Catering for events of up to 1000 delegates, this premium venue provides yet another option for large events in Tasmania’s Capital City.

Overlooking the iconic Hobart waterfront precinct against a backdrop of Mount Wellington, the venue will cater for medium to large scale corporate functions and events of up to 1,000 guests and an additional 100 event related staff. This capacity can be increased, if required, through the provision of additional support event infrastructure.

The venue is just a stone’s throw away from Salamanca Place and the Henry Jones Complex and is just two minutes’ walk from the Hotel Grand Chancellor.

Macquarie Wharf No. 2 also features a waterside wharf apron extending the length of the building which can be used as an additional events space, with stunning views, to accompany the venue if required.

Macquarie Wharf No. 2 allows the event organiser full creativity and freedom to plan their event through the ‘dry hire’ management system.
