Spicers adds The French Cottage for boutique conferencing

Spicers Clovelly Estate's The French Cottage is now available for conference convenors or special guests to relax or just enjoy the space and privacy afforded in French inspired surrounds.


The newest addition to Spicers Clovelly Estate’s accommodation is the The French Cottage – perfect for conference convenors or special guests to relax or just enjoy the space and privacy afforded in  French-inspired surrounds.

This standalone cottage located in the tranquil Sunshine Coast Hinterland contains three double bedrooms, two bathrooms, open-plan living, kitchen and dining, a study and two verandas front and back with views across the Hinterland.


The cottage is fully self-contained but all the facilities of Spicers Clovelly Estate can be used such as Spa Anise and Queensland’s Good Food Guide Regional Restaurant of the Year, The Long Apron.

The French Cottage takes Spicers Clovelly’s accommodation capacity to 26 people and is ideal as a base for conference convenors or special guests.  The Estate has also opened up a private deck area from the library area which is the perfect place for a private conference function or dinner group.

The French Cottage’s three bedrooms feature ultra-plush King-size beds and two marble bathrooms. The open plan living area combines modern French furnishings with state of the art fittings such as wall-mounted plasma TV’s and stainless steel kitchen appliances.

Spicers Clovelly Estate is located just five minutes from the village of Montville, regarded as the creative heart of the Sunshine Coast and just 90 minutes north of Brisbane.

The Estate boasts an on-site dedicated conference coordinator who can assist in arranging a variety of conference activities including cooking school and chef’s table dinner parties.
