AIH Group to manage catering for Oaks Pacific Blue Resort

Multi-award winning restaurant and catering organisation, the AIH Group, has expanded its reach to coastal NSW, entering in to an exciting new business venture alongside The Oaks Group.

From August, 2010, AIH will manage all food and beverage operations at the four and a half star Oaks Pacific Blue Resort, located at beautiful Salamander Bay, Port Stephens.

The revitalised services include an all-day Alfresco Café, Bar, and the ‘Azure at Salamander’ conference and function space. Late September will see AIH re-open the resort Restaurant, with ‘Azure Cucina’ offering relaxed, Italian style family dining.

After many years of operating the Sydney Tower Restaurants, as well as other tourist favourites, the AIH Group is well placed to be moving into accommodation catering services.

The AIH Group also operate some of Sydney’s best wedding and function locations (such as Centennial Parklands Dining, and the Botanic Gardens Restaurant), guaranteeing the Oaks Pacific Blue Resort as an unrivalled venue for celebrations in the Bay area.
