Club Med’s popular Body and Soul Festival returns to Lindeman Island in the Whitsundays, from November 14-21, 2009 offering a program guaranteed to relax and rejuvenise even the most frazzled stress-heads.

The property, set on 690 hectares of World Heritage National Parkland provides the setting for a five night all inclusive event including flights, transfers, accommodation, all meals including bar beverages, activities, seminars and more.

Seminars cover topics such as health and nutrition advice from Australian experts, fitness instruction including physio, fitball and relaxation techniques Pilates, yoga, meditation and laughter yoga, dance based fitness classes cooking demos and motivation and lifestyle seminars.

Participants will return home looking and feeling fabulous after participating in a range of Club Med’s standard all-inclusive activities such as tennis, golf or water sports. Lindeman Island also offers activities such as the circus school, flying trapeze, bungy bounce, and nine hole golf course with spectacular views. Nightly entertainment is also provided and spa, massage and beauty treatments can be included at additional cost.
