The EA Institute launches APAC Admin Awards

The EA Institute has announced the launch of the APAC Admin Awards, which honours the work of administrative professionals across Australia.

The new awards program is designed to honour the vital contribution of the nation’s executive assistants, personal assistants, office managers and other administrative professionals.

“The admin profession is due for this kind of recognition,” says Amanda Vinci, CEO of The EA Institute (pictured above, front and centre).

“We’re thrilled to create a platform that not only celebrates excellence but builds community, confidence and visibility for administrative professionals.”

The awards’ major sponsor is Corporate Traveller.

“Corporate Traveller is delighted to champion the remarkable contributions of administrative professionals through the APAC Admin Awards,” says Tom Walley, Corporate Traveller’s managing director.

“True leadership often operates behind the scenes, and these individuals are at the heart of business travel and operations so we’re proud to stand alongside them.

“Day in and day out we see how they work tirelessly to get their executive teams from point A to point B, through any challenge or disruption, while those travelling are often none-the-wiser to the strings that have been pulled behind the scenes.

“The unwavering dedication and organisational prowess of administrative staff is the backbone of thriving businesses, and it is important we shine a spotlight on their often quietly achieved contribution.”

Nominations for The EA Institute APAC Admin Awards are now open, with winners to be announced at a gala event in Sydney in late 2025.

Amanda Vinci is appearing at Events Uncovered presented by Spice at ILUMINA in Sydney’s CBD on Tuesday, 19 August, 2025, as part of a discussion panel for the session, “The future of leadership: Attracting talent and guiding generation-next”.
