Minor Hotels Australasia has officially opened the 200-apartment Queen’s Wharf Residences in Brisbane’s CBD.

Located in the tallest tower of the city’s Queen’s Wharf precinct, the accommodation offering features one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments for business and leisure travellers.

Each apartment is equipped with full kitchen and laundry facilities and designed with open-plan layouts and private balconies overlooking Brisbane River and the city skyline.

“As Brisbane’s skyline rises and visitor numbers soar, Queen’s Wharf Residences offers more than just a place to stay – it’s part of a broader vision for how the city is growing,” says Craig Hooley, chief operating officer, Minor Hotels Australasia.

“Developments such as Queen’s Wharf are designed to bring people together, blending leisure, business and culture in one destination.

“We’re proud to offer guests the chance to be at the centre of Brisbane’s transformation.”

Guests staying at Queen’s Wharf Residences have access to premium amenities such as a wine lounge, lap pool, sauna, steam room, gymnasium and yoga spaces.

Direct access to the Queen’s Wharf precinct provides visitors with many dining experiences, such as HUĀ, which serves modern Chinese cuisine; Black Hide Steak & Seafood; and Japanese dining at Sokyo.

“We’ve created Queen’s Wharf Residences with our guests front of mind, giving them the best of both worlds: the buzz of the precinct at their doorstep and a modern, fully equipped retreat to call their own when it’s time to unwind,” says Yun Bai, general manager, Queen’s Wharf Residences.
