As Events Uncovered continues to grow, we are seeking a new home next year that will help make the 11th edition of Spice’s annual event bigger and better.
We are calling on Sydney venues to register expressions of interest in tendering for the single-day event that connects more than 800 professionals with the industry’s most innovative suppliers, venues and thought leaders.
Events Uncovered includes a free Showcase with exhibitors offering information, entertainment and activations; the Spice Knowledge Sessions featuring the events industry’s innovators and thought leaders delivering educational keynotes and panel discussions; the Sundowner networking drinks; and an unmissable evening closing party, Events Uncovered After Dark.
The proposed venue for Events Uncovered must meet the following requirements:
- A central Sydney location, ideally in the CBD or inner-city.
- Capacity to accommodate approximately 40 exhibition stands for the Showcase.
- A room with a minimum capacity of 250 persons, suitable for hosting the Spice Knowledge Sessions program.
- A dedicated area with a minimum capacity of 200 persons for Events Uncovered After Dark.
- Configuration: Ideally, all spaces should be located on a single level. The Spice Knowledge Sessions and Events Uncovered After Dark can utilise the same room, provided it can be reconfigured appropriately between sessions.
- A venue that offers flexibility, strong flow for foot-traffic and a backdrop that reflects the creative and forward-thinking ethos of Australasia’s events industry.
