The campus will accommodate the new Baiada National Headquarters, Baiada National Food Science Laboratories and Research Facility and University of Sydney Poultry Research Foundation.

The park will feature retail and residential buildings

Penrith City Mayor Ross Fowler said, “They are talking about creating 10,000 jobs, which is a huge project and boost for Penrith. It is a huge vote of confidence in Council and a huge vote of confidence in western Sydney and will greatly complement the work already being done with the Penrith Health and Education Precinct”.

The park will house up to 10,000 students

The park will have the capacity to employ 12,200 professionals, educate 10,000 students, have 3400 dwellings and a town centre with retail floor space as well as residential buildings, parklands and water bodies.
