Sydney Living Museums director Mark Goggin said, “Sydney Living Museums undertook a formal, competitive market tender to find a strategic business partner to deliver an innovative dining concept and, exceptional event services in two of the city’s most significant and historic venues, The Mint and Justice and Police Museum, which saw Restaurant Associates be awarded the tender and form a new catering partnership with Sydney Living Museums”.

Restaurant Associates’ other venues include Sydney Town Hall, the Australian Museum, Taronga Zoo, Westpac and Old Parliament House.

Restaurant Associates general manager for cuisine Sebastien Lutaud said, “I am inspired by Sydney Living Museums’ stunning buildings, gardens and kitchen collections. Being French I love the historic influence of the two sites and plan to revive many authentic French dishes using local and indigenous produce to create enticing food experiences”.
