Horse trainer to the stars Grahame Ware Jnr has launched a new teambuilding product at the Sydney Trail Riding Centre in Macarthur, 45 minutes south of Sydney.

Aimed at conference delegates, employees, sports teams and social groups, the Equine Assisted Team Development program helps groups overcome fears, tackle challenges calmly and develop intuition.

The Sydney Trail Riding Centre’s one-day group package includes a range of challenges such as moving a group of horses into an enclosed area without touching or talking to them to test how groups can work together in a controlled fashion. The day also includes morning tea, lunch and a trail ride through open woodlands and grasslands boasting views of the city 50km away.

Ware Jnr is an expert horse trainer who has managed horses and worked with movie stars such as Jackie Chan, Chris Hemsworth, Elijah Wood and Daniel Macpherson on major Hollywood films such as ‘The Great Gatsby’, ‘Lord of the Rings’ and ‘Moulin Rouge’ as well as hit TV shows such as Underbelly – Razor and Puberty Blues. Grahame’s horses have also starred in popular TV shows such as ‘A Place to Call Home’ – filmed in the Macarthur region, McLeod’s Daughters, The Saddle Club and Wild Boys.
