The refurbed dining areas maintain a heritage feel

With a dining area capacity of approximately 250 seated or 325 standing and a function room capacity of 80 seated and 100 standing, The Oaks is an excellent venue option for the coming party season.

The restoration project is being managed by architect Paul Kelly who worked on The Star and The Bourbon. Dark wood and stone interiors in the bistro lead to a fresh and sophisticated look in the Garden Pavilion, finished with botanic accents and light soft furnishings.

The Oaks has revamped the menu with the help of Italian chef Danny Russo. The dining options include an extensive range of pizzas, steak and traditional pub dishes, with the famous cook-your-own-steak station in full swing.
