To be held from September 26-28, the weekend – co-hosted by Kim Seagram, owner of award winning Launceston restaurant, Stillwater – will focus on showcasing the amazing produce from the north-eastern region of Tasmania taking a look at the entire paddock to plate process.

Guests will stay at Anthology’s recently restored luxurious Quamby Estate and the weekend begins with guests arriving on September 26 to a casual dinner at the property, which is located 20-minutes from Launceston

Following breakfast the next morning, Seagram will host a leisurely tour of selected vineyards along the Tamar Valley Wine Trail with lunch at the beautiful Piper’s Brook Vineyard.

Dinner is a highlight on Saturday following a Pinot Noir theme in Stillwater’s historic private wine room.

Rounding out the weekend is a farm gate “hunters and gatherers tour” on Sunday with guests sampling organic dairy products, local cheeses; salmon and locally grown black truffles.

The weekend package is priced at $990 per person, twin share and includes all accommodation, meals, wines, tours and transfers back to Launceston Airport for Sunday evening flights.
