Shrove Tuesday, otherwise known as Pancake Day is an occasion celebrated all over the globe, but most Aussies are missing out so this year, Australian Eggs encouraged morning commuters to join in the celebration with Brad Jolly, award-winning chef of Alchemy Restaurant and once the personal chef to the Queen Mother.

Award-winning chef of Alchemy Restaurant, Brad Jolly was on hand to assist morning commuters in the celebration.

The event, held from 7-11 a.m. including a live pancake cook-off, pancake flipping demonstrations, plenty of free pancakes and more.

“Pancakes are one of my favourite foods – not only are they tasty, they’re also extremely versatile, easy to cook and fun to flip – something our family always loves to try.”
