Sydney’s Q Dining gets a modern makeover

The harbourside restaurant boasts a stylish new look.

Sydney harbourside restaurant Q Dining has relaunched following a full refurbishment.

With a prime location within Pullman Quay Grand Sydney Harbour, the restaurant has been reimagined to offer a new standard of dining at Circular Quay.

The restaurant is full of natural light thanks to its floor-to-ceiling glass windows and fresh white walls.

A new colour palette sees bold blue and plush pink hues used throughout the space, with rose gold and brass elements adding a touch of elegance.

Q Dining’s redesign aims to blend modernity and timeless luxury, taking inspiration from surrounding hot spots the Royal Botanic Gardens and Sydney Harbour.

Executive chef Brett Humphries has designed the new menu, which focuses on land and sea dishes, infusing native flavours and using only sustainable, ethical and locally sourced produce.

Humphries has worked closely with Aboriginal communities to source rare, native ingredients, which form the basis of many dishes at Q Dining.

Highlights of the menu include pan-seared scallop with burnt vanilla butter and wild osmanthus flower, 12-hour Port Lincoln octopus with romesco and pickled basil leaf, and grileld emu fan fillet, emu powder, candied beetroot, parsnip puree and sticky balsamic.

Wine is the focus at Q Dining, with a large display fridge showcasing predominately Australian varieties.

The restaurant also serves up a range of signature cocktails including Lychee Mojito, Limoncello Spritz and The Passion Spritz.

With its ideal location and prime vantage point on the harbour, Q Dining is a popular venue for corporate lunches and intimate dinners.
