Sydney’s largest pub opens for business

A $50 million hospitality and entertainment precinct has opened in Sydney as one of the largest of its kind in Australia.

Spanning 7500 square metres, the new Oran Park Hotel in southwest Sydney is the biggest pub in NSW.

Owned and operated by Momento Group, the hotel in the Macarthur region spans three levels and features seven bars – including a rooftop bar – a bistro, pizzeria, open-air atrium, two cinemas, a ballroom and multiple events spaces.

Construction commenced on the hotel in November 2021 and the project is sustainability driven, featuring solar energy, green roofs and rainwater harvesting.

Oran Park Hotel’s event spaces cater to private and business gatherings, including The Cellar Room – an exclusive space for private dining hidden behind a movable bookshelf.

The Olive Dining Room is suitable for smaller events, while the Grand Dining Room and ballroom are perfect for larger events, including business functions.

The Macarthur Suites also offer a sophisticated setting for business events and gala dinners.

Jinja Rooftop Bar boasts panoramic views of Oran Park and surrounds, and is an Asian-inspired space with a terrace for drinking and dining.

The intimate Jinja Private Dining offers secluded, curated dining for up to 16 guests in a curtain-enclosed area.

Oran Park Hotel’s two boutique cinemas each have a seating capacity of 40 guests, and can be hired for private viewings, seminars, product launches, meetings and small events.
