As part of the Marriott International group, Moxy Sydney Airport is a 301-room property on the doorstep of Sydney’s domestic and international terminals.

Bhatia joins the hotel as its new general manager, bringing more than 20 years’ experience in the hospitality industry across roles in Australia and New Zealand.

His previous positions include general manager at Vibe Hotel Gold Coast, and cluster general manager for TFE Hotels in Northern Territory.

In 2022, he was a finalist in Hotel Management’s “General Manager of the Year” award.

Bhatia joins Moxy Sydney Airport’s team as the hotel strives to enhance what travellers can expect from an airport stay – chiefly fun, functionality and relaxation.

The property features contemporary meetings spaces and is the only airport hotel in the area to offer a complimentary shuttle service.
