Emporium Hotel South Bank, in collaboration with its housekeeping partners, Ozone Hospitality and klen.co, has unveiled its fresh approach to hotel cleaning in Australia.
With klen.co introducing its ground-breaking European technology to the local market, this chemical-free approach delivers a deeper, residue-free clean, which solves many of the challenges created by conventional cleaning methods.
“Emporium Hotel is proud to lead the way in transforming hygiene standards in the Australian hospitality industry,” says Julie Manega, general manager, Emporium Hotel South Bank.
“This isn’t just a change in product – it’s a commitment to health, sustainability and innovation, and we are excited to partner with Ozone Hospitality and klen.co on this journey.”
Ozone Hospitality CEO Dulanka Jayaweera says his company is proud to partner with klen.co to bring this steam cleaning technology to Emporium Hotel South Bank.
“Through its exclusive distribution of Medeco Cleantec, klen.co is introducing this advanced, chemical-free cleaning method to Australia, and Emporium Hotel will be the first hotel in the country to adopt it,” he says.
The Medeco Cleantec cleaning method promises to use up to 80 per cent less plastic, 95 per cent less water, and see a 100 per cent saving on cleaning agents.
“Guests will benefit from rooms that are truly clean, without chemical residues or odours,” says Jayaweera.
“The system’s overheated dry steam is proven to kill 99.99 per cent of bacteria, providing a higher level of hygiene and peace of mind – particularly important in today’s wellness-conscious travel environment.”
