Doma has lodged a development application with the City of Sydney for a 12-storey Little National Hotel with 230 Rooms located over the existing Wynyard station’s Clarence street entrance.

The proposal utilises the airspace over the station entry to deliver a contemporary inner city hotel that is site specific and reflects the distinctive Little National brand.

The luxury hotel will be marketed to business, conference and leisure guests, and is well positioned within close proximity to  Barangaroo, Circular Quay, Darling Harbour and the expanding Wynyard Place’s retail & commercial Precinct.

The Little National Hotel is expected to open for operation in early 2020.
