Taste of Byron 1

New food and shopping tours have launched in Byron Bay.

Chef Terase Davidson has created a touring option that is ideal for an icebreaker activity, a partner program or an educational day out.

With a program that takes in a cow and goat’s cheese tasting with the team from Nimbin Valley dairy, a visit to a 133 acre farm to try exotic tropical fruits, as well as see caperberries, peppercorns and 25 varieties of fig tree in situ, a Stone and Wood brewery tour and tasting, as well as a relaxed lunch of local bread, cheese, handmade condiments and cakes, this is a day to remember.

Other options include a trip to Bangalow Farmer’s Markets (Saturdays only), Bangalow’s quirky shops and Brunswick Heads antique dealerships.

Catering for groups of 7 – 48 people, Taste Byron Bay’s itineraries can be tailored to suit individual group needs and can pick up and drop off at the guest’s accommodation.

Davidson can also organise and run cooking classes. Click here for more information.
