Fox and Co has opened a new boutique property in Wagga Wagga.
The new apartment hotel has 13 rooms, including mini-suites, standard and junior suites, converted stables, and a presidential suite. The hotel, housed in the old Belmore House building that was originally constructed in 1868, was first used as a private residence until 1893, then converted into a grammar school and hospital, and later converted back to a private residence prior to the purchase by its current owners.
Landscape architect Peter Fudge has built the gardens.
