The team consists of experienced and professional hospitality staff, administrators, function organisers, wait staff, baristas and chefs. They look after the world’s top politicians on a regular basis and now this same level of service is being extended to the wider market.
Executive chef David Learmonth joins Parliament with a hatted restaurant and international experience under his belt. He has created a series of menus that showcase produce sourced and grown in New South Wales.
Venues available for hire include the Dining Rooms, with their views over the Domain, the historic Jubilee Room, the marble Fountain Court, the hidden greenery of the Rooftop Garden and contemporary meeting, seminar and theatrette spaces.
