The event was held at Soho House in West Hollywood, an exclusive members-only venue that Delta rented out for the private event. Delta flight attendants and pilots welcomed more than 400 guests to the event.

Celebrities including actors Cuba Gooding Jr. and Hilary Duff walked the event’s ‘Blue Carpet’, posed with flight attendants and pilots and sat in a mock-up of Delta’s full flat-bed BusinessElite seats as photographers from many global media outlets took photos.

Guests were entertained by popular LA disc jockeys, took their photos in a joint American and British-themed photo booth to celebrate Delta’s joint venture with Virgin Atlantic Airways and enjoyed a gorgeous California evening on the top floor garden room that featured a retractable roof.

The party also featured a concert from four-time Grammy nominee Lorde, who thrilled the crowd with a set that included her Grammy winning hit ‘Royals’.

Messages were showcased throughout the venue’s decor to remind guests of Delta’s expanded LA network that includes flights to Sydney, Australia.

Delta is focusing on gaining ground in the West Coast gateway by making investments in enhancing the facilities at Los Angeles International Airport Terminal 5, expanding the network and launching Porsche gate-transfer service for select customers.

Delta Air Lines is the official airline of the Grammy Awards that took place on January 26 at Staples Center in Los Angeles and operates a daily non-stop flight between Sydney and Los Angeles.
