The official 2013 season of Australian Business Events Expo is now open to exhibitors. With major changes to the Expo’s features and the seminar program, organisers – Exhibitions and Trade Fairs (ETF) are encouraging all event businesses to register their interest.

With a revised format, new floor plan, new seminar program, new speakers, new networking functions and a much broader and intense marketing plan, the Expo will provide delegates and exhibitors alike with the opportunity to see and experience the latest in industry products and services, destinations and event technology.

The 2013 ABEE Expo season has kicked off with loads of new featues for visitors and exhibitors.

Karen Krieger, event director, has made sure that the 2013 Expo is equipped with whole a new game plan to help buyers and sellers engage.

“We never forget that the number one reason people attend the Expo is to find new products, new people and new ideas, and for exhibitors to increase their brand awareness and build solid sales leads.

“ABEE has undergone a complete overhaul during its development this year. The intelligent place to meet is the Expo’s new theme, and will provide domestic and international visitors the unique opportunity to conduct business and experience a taste of what this great continent has to offer,” said Krieger.

Incoming CEO of ETF, Gary Daly, said the new marketing and communications campaign will appeal to the national and international market, showcasing Australia as THE destination for business events.

“This year, ABEE will engage all delegates by providing them with a memorable ‘experience’ of Australia. These unique experiences and touch points will ensure exhibitors forge stronger bonds with customers, roaming delegates and provide not-to-be-forgotten encounters,” said Daly.

The Australian Business Events Expo, held at the Sydney Convention and Exhibition Centre (SCEC) will have over 200 exhibitors and 5,500 decision makers from the corporate events world in attendance.

Visitor registrations will open at the end of February 2013. The Australian Business Events Expo is co-located with Sydney’s Event Showcase.
