Sydney’s Taronga Zoo is one of the most recognised iconic sites on the city’s landscape and this week launched the new look of its function and event space, Taronga Centre.

Nestled amongst bushland, Taronga Centre’s panoramic views span across the harbour with incredible views of both the city, Habour Bridge and Opera House.

A unique function venue, Taronga Centre has been the site for many weddings, corporate events and society fundraisers. Now after an extensive refurbishment by Restaurant Associates, it is ready to charm Sydney all over again with its diverse offerings.

Guests attending the launch were able to meet and great some of Taronga Zoo’s residents.

Set on two levels both rooms have 180-degree views capturing all the activity on the harbour and beyond.

Leading celebrity chef and Restaurant Associates Ambassador Sean Connolly is working with RA’s Executive Chef Sebastian Letaud who came across to RA from Bistro Felix.

Guests attending the launch on Tuesday (23 Oct) samples menu items from celebrity chef and Restaurant Associates Ambassador Sean Connolly who together with RA’s Executive Chef Sebastian Letaud have created a new function menu with matching wines.

Restaurant Associates is the fine dining and boutique banqueting division of the Compass Group and the exclusive caterers onsite at Taronga Zoo.
