Now in its seventh year, Convene 2012 promises innovation, inspiration and excitement for professional event organisers from Auckland, other parts of New Zealand and Australia who wish to engage with event suppliers from Northland to Waikato.
The Auckland Convention Bureau is again coordinating three familiarisation experiences on the day prior to the expo, where attendees have the choice to either see first hand a selection of Auckland’s most iconic venues, ferry to the jewel of Auckland’s crown that is Waiheke Island, or embrace their adventurous side with some adrenalin-laced action.
This years’ discussion asks the question, ‘What does the future hold for the meetings and incentives industry?’ The selection of expert panellists is underway and will be announced in the near future.
Convene 2012 will again offer informative educational seminars, offering event organisers innovative ideas on how to maximise sources so events achieve the desired ‘wow factor’.
Interactive entertainment will be taking place to activate attendees’ senses.
Convene exhibitors include venues, hotels, corporate retreats, convention centres, wineries, activity operators, cruising companies, caterers, team building companies, transport operators, theming companies and more.
